Refund & Cancellation Policy
All registration payments made to ibtexamination.com are non-refundable once successfully credited to our account.
If your payment failed / not updated
If your bank/card was debited but the payment does not reflect on our portal, please follow these steps:
- If payment not updated, prepare the following details:
- Registration Number
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Date & Time of Transaction
- Amount and Payment Method
- Screenshot of payment proof
- Send the above details to the respective registration portal's helpdesk number or email ID at respective Application.
What we will do
On receiving the information, we will open an enquiry with the payment gateway/bank and update you by email. Investigations typically take 2–3 working days depending on the bank.
Important notes
- Payments credited to our account are final and non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or internet/network issues.
- If a refund is approved by the bank/gateway, the refund timing depends on the bank’s settlement process.
