Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms regarding payments made during the IBT Examination registration process. Please note:

Note: Refund policy is not applicable for registration payments.

The IBT Examination portal is collecting registration data for recruitment in the public/private sector. Payments made against registration are non-refundable. The Company is not responsible for any issues until the registration fee is credited to the Company's bank account.

Refunds will not be processed in case of technical issues during online payment under the following circumstances:

Payment is debited during online payment, but the internet goes down due to server malfunction or other external factors.
The system fails to generate an acknowledgment due to an internet malfunction.
Payment is deducted from the payer’s account but does not reach the Company’s account, or if the payment is debited twice due to a server error.
